Stayed here with our two daughters for two nights March of 2024. Booked through expedia and email communication with the staff was good regarding contactless check in. When we arrived there was staff there to assist another guest so it ended up being in person check in. Our room was on the first floor by the entrance. It was decent size with a good sized bathroom and clean. Noise level was Ok except I woke up the first night when some loud guests where entering around 11pm. Some people were raised in a barn. Can't blame that on the hotel. We found the location to be convenient to the subway. Price was very good for Manhattan. Would stay again.

This walk-up hotel is a fantastic deal and is particularly well-located. The rooms are clean and have nice heat and air conditioning. This trip I had a room near the stairs at the second floor. Housekeeping is $35, but there are plenty of clean towels downstairs in a cabinet. Free Keurig coffee, a microwave and a refrigerator !

I love this place, great atmosphere, great location, great service and room is super clean!!! Service is excellent, especially thanks to Dawa for helping me out during my stay here, he is doing a great job!!! I highly recommend Chelsea Inn hotel to everybody!!!

Great place to stay in the city. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good location. Also the rooms are quite while you sleep, no noise feom the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to everything! Rooms were small, but who needs a big room in NYC anyway? Front desk & house staff were all super friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Would 100% recommend

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful with anything we needed. It’s in a very convenient location close to the union square subway. Everything was clean and neat, and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. Would love to stay there again!

Decent! Not having an elevator is a pain. Also ddnt like having a shared bathroom. They throw all your toilteries if left inside. Generous snacks.

This hotel is actually a solid hotel with good ratings, close by to a lot of stuff in NYC, also closed to the subway station which I highly recommend knowing how to use if this is your first time visiting NYC because cabs/uber prices adds up! We saved alot utilizing the subway and it’s part of the NY experience. This hotel has great service it has a fridge and a microwave, a 2 for 1 body wash and shampoo and lotion/hand soap in the bathroom. Not luxurious but it’s a great value with good location in NY
